OUR HISTORY
INSPX started in 2018. Paul was working at a steel manufacturing warehouse when a neck injury left him nearly paralyzed. He could not go back to his old job, so Paul and Mallory decided to combine their skills and build something they'd be passionate about.
Paul brought experience in real estate, both as an agent and an appraiser, along with 20 years in HVAC, making home inspection a natural fit. With guidance from InterNACHI, the world's largest home inspection association, Paul and Mallory combined her creativity and business skills with his knowledge of building science, and built a family company that keeps growing.
